Get paid for your shows

Claim your gig.

Played a live show or livestream? Tell us about it and we'll file the paperwork that gets you paid royalties for every song you performed. Open to everyone — just enter your email to get started.

Submission of this form does not guarantee royalty payment. All performances are subject to verification.

Step 1 of 6 · About you

Who's filing?

A few quick fields so we know who you are and where your royalties get paid.

What's a PRO + IPI? A PRO (Performance Rights Organization — ASCAP, BMI, SESAC) is the company that collects royalties when your music plays publicly. Your IPI is the 9–11 digit ID they assigned you, like a social security number for songwriters. Find it at ascap.com / bmi.com / sesac.com → your profile / account page → "IPI" or "CAE" number.

Solo artist? Just fill the one row. In a band? Add a row for every member who writes songs — each gets their own PRO/IPI so royalties split correctly. Name, PRO, and IPI are all required. If a member hasn't signed up with a PRO yet, set their PRO to "Not registered yet" — the IPI field will auto-skip.
Step 2 of 6 · Performance details

Where & when.

Tell us about the show. Played a whole tour? Fill in the shared details once below, then add a row per date — no need to re-type the venue type, set length, or role every time.

Multi-date run? The card up top covers the stuff that was the same every night (venue type, your role, set length). The list below is where you add each individual date — just the date, venue, city, audience, and what they paid. One show or fifty, it's the same form.
Step 3 of 6 · Songs you performed

Your setlist.

List every song from your set, in order. You don't need every detail — just the title is required. The more info you add (writers, length), the faster we can get you paid.

Step 4 of 6 · Payment

How payment worked.

A few quick questions about how you got paid across the show. The per-show amounts you entered above are already on file — this is just about the payment setup overall.

Step 5 of 6 · Upload your proof

Show us it happened.

PROs need proof you actually played the gig. Setlist, contract, and proof of payment are required. The flyer is optional but makes the claim stronger.

Drop your setlist here or click to browse
The list of every song you played, in order. A typed list, a phone photo of a handwritten one, or a Notes-app screenshot all work. PDF / DOC / TXT / image · max 200 MB.
Drop your contract or booking confirmation
Whatever the venue/promoter/festival gave you to confirm the booking. A signed contract, deal memo, or even a screenshot of the confirmation email — all good. PDF / DOC / image · max 200 MB.
Drop proof of payment
Anything that shows you got paid: invoice, settlement, Venmo/Cash App screenshot, bank deposit screenshot, Square statement. If the show was unpaid, drop a screenshot of the email/text confirming the no-fee arrangement. PDF / DOC / image · max 200 MB.
Drop the show flyer (optional)
The promo image / poster for the show. Optional, but it's solid proof you were billed. A screenshot of the venue's Instagram post is fine. JPG / PNG / PDF · max 200 MB.
Step 6 of 6 · Sign & submit

Sign and send.

Quick read-through, then sign your name to confirm everything's accurate. We'll handle the rest.

Submission of this form does not guarantee royalty payment. All performances are subject to verification, applicable agreements, and third-party reporting timelines.
