Who's filing?
A few quick fields so we know who you are and where your royalties get paid.
Songwriters / band members *What's a PRO + IPI? A PRO (Performance Rights Organization — ASCAP, BMI, SESAC) is the company that collects royalties when your music plays publicly. Your IPI is the 9–11 digit ID they assigned you, like a social security number for songwriters. Find it at ascap.com / bmi.com / sesac.com → your profile / account page → "IPI" or "CAE" number.
Solo artist? Just fill the one row. In a band? Add a row for every member who writes songs — each gets their own PRO/IPI so royalties split correctly. Name, PRO, and IPI are all required. If a member hasn't signed up with a PRO yet, set their PRO to "Not registered yet" — the IPI field will auto-skip.
